Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The role requires providing high-quality customer service, maintaining knowledge of the real estate market, analysing and comparing property prices, and negotiating contracts. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, assisting in property showings, and coordinating with other professionals involved in the transaction.

The Real Estate Agent should have excellent communication skills and the ability to network with a range of clients to build relationships and promote growth of the company.

Qualification:

• Real Estate Licence and experience in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A strong sales background in UAE plus sales track record
• A strong knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
• A strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends in Dubai
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyse and compare property prices and negotiate contracts
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sales drive and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing and assisting in property showings
• Experience in luxury real estate is a plus
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in at least one additional language such as Arabic, Chinese, or French others being a huge plus
• UAE driving license
